Buyer pay for return shipping
The original listing said that the buyer should pay for return shipping. Does it mean that the buyer will receive a refund automatically with the original shipping fee taken off? I'd like to return an item at a new shipping fee.

Mentor6 months agoIf the listing states that the buyer pays return shipping, they will be responsible for the cost of the label.
It may be that eBay will charge you for the label to return the item to the seller.
When you look at the claim, do you see information about paying for the shipping.
The original shipping charge is generally not refunded when you return an item because the seller used that money to ship the item to you.
What is the reason for the return? This makes a difference in how it is processed.
