Buyer paid with debit card but wants instead to use credit card

I am a seller. Buyer paid immediately after item ended using his debit. They messaged me within 5 minutes asking me to refuse that payment so they could instead pay with credit card. I do t know how to do that - do I cancel the whole order and relist the item and tell them when I relist so they can claim ASAP?

Basically, yes. Cancel and relist.

Buyer cannot change payment method after checkout/purchase.
