Buyer Paid Too Much for Shipping
My original posting contained an error in package size and weight resulting in a $50 shipping charge which the buyer already paid. After I bought the shipping label from eBay for $12 I shipped the item to the buyer. What's the best way to notify the buyer and initiate a partial shipping refund to him, $38.00 ?

Mentor9 months ago@brock.2000 Go to the sold listing on this page> https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:ALL_ORDERS select send refund from the drop down menu next to the item.
Next screen select shipping adjustment for the reason. Then carefully enter the amount you wish to refund.
