Buyer paid shipping cost collected by eBay was $15 less than the cost of the eBay shipping label
I sold an item on eBay with the Buyer paying the shipping cost. The Buyer paid the shipping cost, but eBay collected $15 less than the cost of the eBay shipping label. Why did eBay not collect the correct amount, and how can I get them to cover the extra $15 cost? The size and weight of the package were correct.
