Buyer paid online but is picking up

Is there anyway to get in contact with eBay and tell them to pay me for the sold item because I did not ship it, but they picked it up.

If you offered Local Pickup, and the buyer selected it, s/he should have received a QR-code, as well as a 6-digit code, to show you. You scan the QR-code or enter the 6-digit code into the sold transaction since you do not have a tracking number to upload. If you did neither, you can go to your Sold transaction, click the down-arrow and select Mark as shipped (even though you did not ship).
