buyer paid now wants to cancel
I accepted a lower offer on an item on 11/5 buyer paid now wants to cancel the purchase. Do I have to refund the money and not ship item?

Mentor2 years ago@closetohome2 I know that this is frustrating but the best option for you as a seller is to refund the buyer and not ship.
If you try to force the sale then the buyer can file a not as described refund request then you have to pay return shipping AND refund.
