Buyer Paid- I purchased shipping label- She email me that she put the wrong address-
Buyer Paid- I purchased shipping label- She email me that she put the wrong address-This was an international sale. I spent two hours with live chat- I was not able to cancel or refund the buyer. I did void the shipping label. E-bay is polite but not helpful. I still do not know how to refund and start over with this buyer. Any help would be appreciated.

Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment
Locate the order. Click the down-arrow, click Cancel order. For the reason select Problem with buyer's address. The buyer will be refunded. Relist the item using Sell Similar. Send the item number to your buyer. Buyer purchases the item and this time, makes sure the SHIP TO address is correct.
