Buyer paid for two items and is short on shipping
Hello,
I sold two items to the same buyer and before I could send them a combined invoice, they somehow paid for both items at the same time and are way short on shipping.
It is almost like they made an invoice themselves.
Not sure how they paid with adjusting the shipping but do not have my auctions set up to automatically combine shipping.
Any advice?

Mentor3 weeks agoIf your shipping preferences are not set up to combine shipping, what ebay usually does is ADD the shipping cost for both shipments, so you should end up getting more for shipping than if you give a discount for combined shipping. However, USPS increased shipping costs today, so that may be way it appears the buyer paid less for shipping than it will cost you to ship.
