Buyer paid for shipping but I haven’t gotten the payment.
I sold something for $44.50 and paid around $7 in selling fees, pretty normal. However, ebay also made me pay shipping fees and still hasn’t paid me back for shipping. Since I set it up for buyer pays shipping, why haven’t I received reimbursement for shipping fees from the buyer?

The buyer paid YOU for shipping. That covers your cost to purchase the shipping label.

OP2 years agoThe problem is that I haven’t recieved reimbursement. I’m aware I pay but I should be getting paid back for it right?
