Buyer Paid For Local Pickup Only Item But Doesn't Respond To Messages
I had someone purchase and pay for a kayak on 11/09 that was listed as local pickup only and the buyer acknowledged that he knew it would have to be picked up at the time of the sale. I have made multiple attempts every week since to contact this person through both eBay and email with no response. eBay has released the funds to my bank account and I'm not really sure how to proceed... Should I just keep waiting and hope for the best or should I cancel the order around the 30 day mark if I still have not heard from them?

Mentor2 years agoYes, I suggest you file a Cancellation before day 30 approaches. If you wait any longer, it will be more difficult to refund the buyer.
