Buyer paid for item-Item never delivered-buyer has not requested refund.
For some reason unknown to me, the USPS made multiple attempts to deliver but couldn't deliver the item. after a few months the item was returned to me. The buyer paid for the item, but never requested a refund. I was paid for the item by EBAY even though the item was never marked as delivered. I would be happy to refund the buyer, but it is more than 3 months later and I don't see that as an option anymore on the EBAY site. The buyer has been in contact with me for months and doesn't want a refund, but wants me to re-ship the item to them using a new shipping label supplied by the buyer. I suspect something is not as it seems with this order, but I am unsure of the best corse of action at this point?
