Buyer paid for Ground shipping and used a Priority Mail envelope
I accepted a return where the buyer paid for shipping. However, the buyer paid for Ground Advantage and mailed it back in a Priority Mail Envelope. Therefore, I had to pay an extra $7.77, for the package and would like to deduct it from my return. How do I do this?
