Buyer paid for delivery but wants local pickup
The buyer has paid for the item and was charged a delivery fee but wants to do local pickup which is fine with me. I will give him money back BUT how do I close out the item? Mark it shipped? I have no tracking number

Mentor2 years ago@freddielumplump You need to cancel the sale as problem with buyers address. Refund the buyer.
Relist with Local Pick Up. Then the buyer will receive a code that you enter in the app as proof of delivery when they pick up.
Otherwise you will not have any proof of delivery and the buyer could file a not received refund request.
