Buyer paid for both items, how can I combine in order to ship together.
The buyer paid for both items separately; one was free, and the other was not. How can I add the second item to the purchase that the shipping was not free and not be charged for the free one? The package with both items would be only $4.68 based on weight and size.

-Use the check box on the two items, then go to the top of the list and select Print shipping labels
-The items will open on the Bulk label page. Use the check boxes again on the left then the Combine selection above the list
-On the right hand side of the page adjust the weight, dimensions and shipping method (if necessary).
-Review and pay in the upper right hand corner of the page.
-Print the label, after that if you want a receipt it is a secondary print function.
-Tracking will be uploaded to both items automatically.
