Buyer paid fo local pickip item and now wants it shipped. How to invoice for postage and packaging?

Question

Buyer wants to change method of shipment from local pickup to shipment by mail.

The buyer has paid for the item but not for postage and handling.

How can I send new invoice that includes postage and handling?

Do I need to cancel the order first and have buyer repurchase?

You will not be able to change the delivery method after the sale or invoice for additional shipping. If you are willing to ship to the buyer, and they have agreed to the price, you will need to cancel the sale using reason problem with buyer's address. Then list the item again with the shipping for the buyer to repurchase.
