Buyer paid but wants to cancel. Does buyer initiate that?
Buyer doesn’t want the item after paying because I can’t ship fast enough. I’m fine with canceling and relisting. I can’t figure out how to do that.

Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment
Locate the order. Click the down-arrow, click Cancel order, select Buyer requested, Submit.
