eBay does not show any active or recently sold listings on this account. Did you make the sale through eBay and were paid by the Buyer on eBay?
The average time to wait for a Buyer to pick up an item is ten days. After that, you can can the order for problem with Buyer's address and issue a full refund. You cannot keep the item and the Buyer's money. Once you refund in full, eBay will issue a credit for your selling fees for this transaction. Only after you cancel this order and refund can you relist.
