Buyer paid, and then messaged after they want the shipping delayed over a week
I negotiated with a buyer, had several messages, then after they paid they messaged to delay the shipping delivery date until 9/3. I think that’s outside the eBay guidelines. Can the shipping de delayed somehow without me being penalized. This is a new one for me. Any suggestions??

·11 months agoI would let them know that eBay requires you to ship within their handling time, but if they will not be available to receive their package, they can place a hold on their mail or with the carrier you will be using.
