Buyer package
Hello EBay
I sent out a package however the buyer wasn’t home since he lives in an apartment so now it’s at his local post office and he has to just pick it up. But he’s now complaining that I have to re send it out.
What do I need to do to get my money?

·1 year agoYou just have to be patient at this point, and maybe gently remind the customer that you do not have the item and that it's waiting at his local post office.
If it is returned to you eventually, eBay will not force you to refund, though most sellers will refund the item cost minus any non-refundable costs like the shipping.
