Buyer overseas can't pay

Question

My buyer from Australia won an auction. I sent reminder but he replied for a different account saying he bid from it but it won't let him pay. He further tried to pay from the pay now on my message but it says item ended. I cannot for life of me get to a live person past the voice barrier info.

Any help greatly appreciated.

@medicmichael3663 I see Australia as a ship to country on your last two sold items. Not all items qualify for shipping to all countries due to import restrictions.

Here's how to contact eBay customer service and ask them to take a look at the sale :
