Buyer Overpays postage who gets the excess the buyer? or eBay? Buyer gets charged in fee invoice and bank account. Where does the money go?

Mentor3 years ago@pattysbangles sellers get the listing and shipping price paid by buyer, then the seller pays to have the item shipped and ebay takes their fees from the selling price, tax and shipping cost total.
