Buyer Overpaid
Buyer forgot to check accept offer box when checking out and is now requesting a refund for the amount overpaid. How is that handled?

Buyer forgot to check accept offer box when checking out and is now requesting a refund for the amount overpaid. How is that handled?

I've had that happen on offers that I've sent Buyers, I just use the pull-down menu on the lefthand side of the item and scroll down to Send refund ... that process lets you select a reason for the refund, type a message and enter the amount you are refunding. Pretty easy and straight forward.

OP2 years agoThank you! I was trying to work from my phone and couldn't see that option. After I switched to a tablet it was there and I was able to send the refund. Thanks again!

Mentor2 years ago@dhpatters Unfortunately, the app has limitations ... I don't use it, I use a laptop. Really glad you were able to issue the Refund.
