Buyer overcharge on postage
A buyer asked me if I would sell just a part of a game that I had which I agreed to but the postage was reduced. Ebay charged the full amount of the entire item to the buyer and they paid it. I had given the buyer the estimated shipping on just the part he wanted. There is a $4 difference if I change the weight and shipping cost drops will ebay give the buyer that money back or do I need to refund it
