Buyer opened several new accounts in one day
I have a Buyer who opened at least 7 new accounts to make separate purchases yesterday, Then another new account today. All those orders have been refunded and user names blocked . Seems like fraud but had no luck trying to let ebay know .

OP1 year agoguest account all created the same day? sure. = fraud

·1 year agoThey may have been guest user accounts rather than actual separate new accounts, or there may be another explanation. Regardless, why did you cancel the orders? You've earned defects for cancelling them unless you chose an inaccurate reason, in which case they can report you and you'll still be in trouble with eBay if they do. If a buyer pays, you should ship, unless you've previously blocked that buyer and they were trying to circumvent an existing block.
