So, I sold a byer a groupe of toy solders a while ago. Still on record with tracking number and all. Says it arrived in really bad condition with missing parts and soldiers. I have refused because honestly nothing has been adding up for me. Also, He has been extremally offensive to me in his conversations in chat (I have in records) which I have been civil the entire time. Every rebuttal has been met with threats and or personal accusations. Now wants a full refund plus shipping aaaaaaand plans to keep the soldiers. Also claims immediate victory for some reason. First time I have been in this situation. Hope you can help me out.

Ebay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. That Guarantee overrides an individual Seller's no return policy.
If the Buyer received something that they feel is not as shown in the listing, even if it's not true, they can open an Item Not as Described refund request on eBay.
Once they do that, you only have three business days to respond with either a prepaid return label or a refund. If you don't respond on time, eBay can step in and force the refund from your funds and the Buyer keeps the item.
If the Buyer contacts you again, tell him to open a return on eBay.
If he's sending you aggressive messages in eBay messaging, there is a report feature to stop them.

The Report feature in eBay messaging is either under the Action menu or the three dots in the upper right.
Because of the eBay Money Back Guarantee, if the Buyer opens an Item Not as Described refund request, you can respond by paying for return shipping and then refund in full once it's returned or offer a partial refund.
