Is this a scam? I don't know if I have a buyer with limited understanding of eBay and/or English. I offered a vintage book of knitting patterns and they said they very much wanted it. They mentioned that they needed to get a new debit card in order to pay for it, but offered over asking ($20) instead of the $14 I asked. (I assumed they did not want it to get away.) After 24 hours they paid for it and then later this evening said that they thought they were bidding on something...
