Buyer offered lower price for local pickup, then switched to FREE SHIPPING on checkout
Buyer offered lower price for local pickup, then switched to FREE SHIPPING on checkout. I would not have accepted the lower offer if she wanted shipping. I sent her messages & suggested we cancel & re-do the transaction with her selecting "Pickup" on checkout. She is not responding to my ebay messages, won't answer her phone & no response back to my voicemail. Should I send her an invoice for the shipping fee?? Am I allowed to cancel this transaction if she doesn't respond indefinitely??
