Buyer of my item was using someone’s account without permission
Someone used another person’s account to purchase an e-card from me. The person reported the purchase as fraud and opened a dispute about the payment. I already delivered the e-card to the buyer and the funds were removed from the card. How can I get a refund for the amount I am out?

OP2 years agoI already called EBay and they informed me that there is nothing they can do. They basically told me I have to take the loss. I was extremely disappointed and I think I’m going to call back and see if I can get another agent to help me.
