Question

Is it normal to buy something and then the seller not be a registered Ebay seller when you check their status? Just Seems not right they just joined April 2026 is there a way to have Ebay check on this. Thanks

@remington1297 . Adding to my fellow Mentor's excellent answer.... If the item doesn't arrive then file a not received refund request when it's one day PAST the last estimated delivery date. Or if it is not as described then file a return request. A seller can’t close their account themselves that fast. If they went NARU (not a registered user) that fast, eBay put them on a “vacation”, and that could be for many different reasons, most of which would not necessarily have anything to do with whether or not you receive your item.
