Buyer not responding to refund.

Buyer said I frauded her. It's been a battle to reach a mutual agreement. I've offered partial refund and she is not responding to me. I then came back and offered to fully refund. No response. What do I do? How to contact Ebay?

Has the buyer filed a Refund Request or Return Request?

If so, you would need to respond to the request.
