Buyer not responding to messages
A buyer paid for an item that is not yet in my possession because my moving company failed to deliver a moving pod on time. I am supposed to ship the item by today. I have messaged the buyer 3x over the past 4 days to offer a refund or see if they want to wait until the shoes arrive. The buyer has not replied to any message. What should I do?
