Buyer not responding and not marked as shipped and no tracking
I've reached out to the buyer 4 times with no response. The item was due at latest today. The mail just came and it's not here. E-Bay won't allow me to start a claim because it could yet show up... but it won't I asked our mail carrier. This is a dress for a once in a lifetime vacation, we fly out tomorrow. I need to open the claim now? I was so excited to get this Athleta dress, so I'm quite emotional too

Mentor3 years agoThere was no "due date" on the listing. There was an "estimated" delivery date. As already explained, you cannot open a case until that date has passed.
For the future, when you choose to cut things so close, you should always have a back-up plan. Alternatively, you can ask the seller if you can pay for guaranteed overnight shipping for critical items before you make the purchase.
I know you're disappointed, but there is more to a once in a lifetime vacation than a dress, so try to focus on that, and have a great trip!
