Buyer not responding
Hi yall I recently purchased a LAB golf putter from ebay on an auction. I won, i paid instantly and sent the buyer a message and asked when i could expect shipping info. No response. 2 days go by i message again, nothing. 2 more days go by i message again and still no response. That was now another 2 days ago. Ebay is making me wait almost another week to dispute it but i wanna cancel this order now as the seller is either a scammer or POS. Regardless i dont wanna do business with this person anymore how do i go about getting my money back as soon as possible? Thanks

Mentor2 years agoGo to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an
Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
