Buyer not receiving item event eBay stated it’s delivered
Hi everyone, I am asking to seek help for my buyer.
My buyer didn’t get the item she ordered event eBay showed “ delivered “
She ordered this item from outside of the US, so she paid for Authentication and the Hub so shipped to her in UK.
She contacted Ebay stated that she hasn’t received the parcel, Ebay closed the case because it stated the item was delivered to the buyer address, but it isn’t. She as buyer can’t appeal the case and so I can’t as a seller. Has everyone ever had this experience? I greatly appreciate any help. Thanks
