·2 years agoBuyers and sellers are expected to begin making arrangements within the first week. It would be safe to assume the buyer is gone. If the buyer has paid, then cancel and refund (you can probably use "problem with buyer address"). If the buyer has not paid, try to open an unpaid item cancellation so that you can get your fees refunded.
