Buyer not picking up item mailed requiring signature and not responding to emails about same

Question

I mailed an expensive item "Signature Required"

I emailed the buyer with this information and did not receive any response.

Tracking shows item was Attempted to be Delivered but no one was available to sign.

I emailed buyer about the situation asking if there was a problem and did not receive any response.

I emailed the following day because Deliver is still no successful. Again no response.

The buyer has a 100% rating.

Should I attempt to call the buyer?

Hi @kiana777

-First, eBay views the "Attempted delivery" the same as a delivered item. So you have that protection.

-If the package is not delivered and ultimately returned to you then the Buyer loses their Money Back Guarantee and you can refund the item price but not eh paid shipping, that money was spent on the round trip shipment.

-You have already messaged the Buyer, I would wait to see what happens.

-The only one of your 10 sales in the last 90 days that requires Signature confirmation is the $ 985.00 item sold on January 21 ... is THAT the item you are talking about? eBay only requires Signature confirmation on sales of $ 750 and higher.
