Buyer not paying or answering message
A buyer, who is brand new to Ebay with no history, listings or reviews got the price jacked high for a card. How does the second chance work? I expect to cancel on the 5th day.
Do you take out his bids and go back to the legitimate buyers?
Bids were at $550. He put in $560. Then another buyer jumped in and they got it up to $747 at the last seconds.
Jumping up about $100 on one bid. Winning Buyer with no history likely has no intention of completing the sale.
We are on day 3.
What is the most credible way to handle this? Go back to the $550 buyer, or relist? Help!

If you have a buyer who want to receive a second chance offer, you will see 'second chance offer' as an option in the action menu next to that item in your sold orders. Buyers can set their preferences to not received second chance offers.
