Buyer not paying

Hi

I'm sure this is happening to us all. Buyers with no intent to pay are bidding, using buy it now to purchase our listing's. Ebay does not do enough to protect us sellers. I have to wait 4 days to cancel and relist as how I understand. And these Buyers remain in ebay. Please add a option to report buyer.

These non payers will get a defect from eBay for a year. Two of these defects and buying is not possible from sellers that blocked buyers with more than 2 defects.

So, report them is not necessary.
