buyer not paid
I have a buyer that made an offer on an item.... I accepted their offer and it's sitting on the offers page under pending (awaiting payment).
However, back on my eBay seller hub - that item does not appear in my orders list under the awaiting payment tab.... why is that??? Why can't I send an invoice to his person. I sent a message saying: congratulations, I have accepted your offer! Please pay promptly to ensure speedy shipping!
No reply, no payment - been a bit more than 24 hours.

·1 year agoPending offers are not treated as orders, and the item should remain available for other buyers until the person whose offer you accepted has paid (or if they do not pay, it will time out and the item will remain available). This was a change eBay made a while back to combat unpaid orders, so now it does not remove your item from sale until the buyer has finalized the order. There is no need to report anything, and in fact no way to do so.

OP1 year agoThankyou! I didn't realize this was changed, but it wasn't very nice that I accepted their offer and they never paid. I did notice my item was still listed, however, so at least I didn't loose any listing time. Thanks again!
