Buyer not marking item as delivered
Shipped out an item. Tracking says it was delivered on the 28th. It is now the 2nd and the buyer has yet to mark it as delivered and has not replied to my messages, so payment is still on hold. How do I contact someone to resolve this?

eBay relies solely on the tracking for confirming delivery.
The buyer is not able to mark something as delivered.
Did you add the tracking to the order on eBay?
Does the tracking show delivered?

Regardless, you will get paid about 30 days post delivery even if the tracking doesn't show anything.

OP7 months agoi added the tracking number, but there was a delay so i think they changed the number. I scanned the QR code on the receipt which showed a different tracking number which showed that it had been delivered. I changed the tracking number on ebay and now they marked it as delivered. Thanks
