Buyer not honest
I have a buyer bought 4 same item from me. I shipped 4 same items together in one shipment. Buyer opened case against me saying they one received 1 item only still missing 3. Ask refund 3, I have security camera recorded I have packing 4 same item in one package in one shipment. I try to contact eBay customer service but no response, What should I do?
