Buyer not happy left feedback before i could fix
I recently had a buyer contact me to tell me their item arrived broken. As a seller of mostly glass items I am very comfortable with my packing abilities. The buyer informed via messages and I replied with my apologies and offended a refund as a soon as I could. The buyer then left a bad feedback before I even had a chance to make the situation better. Note that I also do not accept returns. The buyer refuses to return messages and has issued a refund through eBay. I wouldn’t mind refunding as I’ve done before. But only once the feedback is revised. How can I go about this?

Mentor2 years agoA return for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, damaged, overrides any no-returns policy. You should have accepted the return, or refunded without requiring a return before the deadline.
You can not demand a feedback change. You can nicely ask for one, but do not send a Feedback Revision Request unless the buyer agrees to do so.
