Buyer not answering

Its been 4 days and the buyer wont answer my messages about paying. How long do i have to wait before canceling the purchase. Thanks

When a buyer does not pay, cancel the transaction after 4 days ( a full 72 hours) of non-payment have passed, specify "buyer didn't pay".

In Seller Hub, go to Orders.
Find the order you want to cancel, and from More actions, select Cancel order.
Select "buyer didn't pay" as the reason for the cancellation and then select Submit to finish.

Place the non-paying buyer on your Blocked Buyer List:

If a buyer hasn't paid by day five, select the cancellation option in the dropdown next to the order using the reason that the buyer hasn't paid. The buyer will earn an unpaid item strike on his account. Two or more and his ability to buy will be limited or even ended.

Add the buyer to your blocked buyer list here:

Scroll down that page and turn on the option to auto-block buyers with 2 or more unpaid items within 12 months. That will help to protect you from repeat offenders.
