buyer not able to purchase from me
why is my buyer getting a message saying "This item is only available to buyers who have not purchased 5 or more items from this seller in the past 10days"??? how do i get this changed? the bigger problem is they have only purchased two from me. so why are they getting alert that they have purchased 5?

Mentor2 years agoI don't know why that buyer is getting that message if they have only purchased 2 items. Here is where you change that setting:
