How did you ship the item if the buyer didn't pay? Or are you referring to the Ebay payout?
Buyers are not obligated to communicate after they have received their item.

OP1 year agoThe buyer said they were going to pay and I had the item packed and ready to ship. Since they said they were going to pay I shipped. Then the buyer went silent.

NEVER ever ship an item until Ebay informs you that the buyer has paid and Ebay provides the shipping address.

There is nothing you can do. Never ship an item until you have confirmed that the buyer has paid.
