Buyer non payment

Question

I have had the same buyer place winning bids for the same item (cancelled and re-listed) twice without submitting payment. I have since blocked the buyer. I apparently have zero recourse and no way to leave a less than flattering review to inform other sellers about this issue.

Any suggestions or input would be appreciated. Thank you

The feedback you left the buyer is a policy violation. If the buyer reports it, you will receive a sellers defect .

After four days you can cancel the transaction for nonpayment to give the buyer a strike and prevent feedback from being left. If you cancel earlier or for other reasons, the buyer will not get a strike.

Add the user to your Blocked Buyer List to prevent that particular user from bidding on or buying any more of your listings, regardless of what other sellers do.

Be sure to set your Buyer Requirements to preemptively block bids or purchases from users with two or more unpaid item strikes in the last year.

You can avoid unpaid items by listing your item for a fixed price with immediate payment required and by not accepting offers.

eBay does not permit sellers to leave negative feedback for buyers; even when it was possible to do so, such feedback did not actually help sellers in most situations since buyers are the ones initiating transactions, and sellers are not allowed to cancel transactions without penalty except for very specific reasons.
