Buyer never returned item.
Buyer was granted ok to return item and I never received it. I sent report a buyer but never heard from ebay. Now I cannot find a way to chat and ask for a call back so I cannot talk to anyone about this and I want my item back.

OP8 months agoI am no longer using Facebook so I cannot access Ebay that way. I just went on live chat again and asked for a call back and was told to wait 25 minutes and I never got a call. Yes I got the payment but if ebay asks for me to refund I never got the item. And I would want to resell it.

Then Type "payout" In the chat bot box on the lower right.
Then AGENT after the bot responds. You might have to repeat those steps.

Also on your other post you mentioned that you relisted the item and have sold it again but do not have the item? You have to cancel as out of stock and then refund the buyer.
This is how refunds work>>
Refunds, even for order cancellations, come out of your available funds not pending or held. If you do not have available funds then eBay charges your back up payment method for selling costs.
Have you entered your backup payment method for selling costs here: https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list Select Manage under the method you want to use then select Preferred for selling costs. I use a credit card.
Once you issue the refund and the buyers funds are released from being held or finish processing then the buyers payment is released to you.

Mentor8 months ago@parisgirl2002 Did you refund the buyer before they returned the item? If yes then the buyer can not access the eBay return label. Let me know if I guessed incorrectly.
I hope you have an honest buyer. eBay can not make the buyer return the item.
Always get the item back and then refund the buyer.
Once you issue a refund the buyer can NOT access the eBay return label and there is no motivation for the buyer to return the item.
You will not be charged for the eBay label that was issued in the return request since it won't be used.
You can send the buyer a return shipping label in eBay messages as a JPEG. Buy the label on Pirateship.com.
Pirateship charges the same commercial rate as eBay and they refund you for the label if it's not used within 30 days.

OP8 months agoBuyer tracking shows I received item on Jan 9th then it shows item to be delivered on the 18th of Jan. Still shows that. Buyer was rude and agressive so I do not chose to communicate with them. Ebay has never contacted me about it. I cannot get a call back. I have tried and tried.

Mentor8 months agoYour best option is to contact eBay customer service on social media. However if tracking shows delivery somewhere then you are probably out of luck. Did you research the tracking number on the USPS site to see where it says it was delivered.

2. Select a category that best matches your problem.
3. Answer the chat bots question by stating what you need help with. Be brief when you reply to the chat bot.
4.Type AGENT ( you may have repeat steps 3 and 4)
5. Request a call back or live chat. (Note that the contact options vary depending on the topic and staffing availability)
Monday to Sunday 5:00 am to 09:30 pm PST
3. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.
