How do I contact eBay? The buyer never return my item and I issued a refund.

How do I contact eBay? The buyer never return my item and I issued a refund.

Mentor2 years agoThat is why you do not refund until you receive the return. Your buyer probably did not even get to print the return label - your refund closed the return.
Message the buyer and ask if they have the label and explain that you do want the item returned. If they do not have the label, you will have to buy one outside of eBay and send it in a message. Open an account at pirateship.com. Buy the label, print it to a jpeg file. Send the jpeg to the buyer.
eBay can not help you get your item returned, they can not force the buyer to send it.
