Mentor1 year ago@marietta0_5. Did you already refund the buyer? Once you issue a refund the buyer can no longer print a return label from the eBay case.
When this happens the only option is to buy a return shipping label on another source such as pirate ship.com.
Then you send the return label in eBay messages as a jpg image.
Always wait until you get the item back before you issue the refund .
