Buyer never picked up order
Buyer purchased a local pickup order (most likely in error, as they are in NY and I am in FL), but never replied to schedule pickup. It has been several weeks with multiple attempts at contacting them. I can't cancel the order to refund the buyer, but I feel the delayed pickup is impacting my seller performance. What do I do?
